Command Center (“Command Center,” “we,” “us”) is a business operating system configured around the way each company works. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to the Command Center platform at commandcenterhq.net and to authenticated company workspaces.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials you provide when you accept an invitation and set up your account.
• Business data: the accounts, contacts, deals, activities, notes, messages, and other records your company chooses to enter into its configured workspace.
• Usage and system data: operational logs, device and browser information, and technical telemetry needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, configure, and maintain your company's Command Center workspace.
• To provide the features your administrator has enabled for your company.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account, invitations, and service notices.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google & Gmail — Limited Use Disclosure

Command Center offers optional Google integration so users can connect their own Google account (for example, to send business email through Gmail). Where Google services are used, Command Center's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Limited Use: Command Center only transfers data received from Google APIs to a third party if it is strictly necessary to provide or improve a specific feature the user has requested, and only in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• No advertising: We do not use data obtained from Google APIs for advertising purposes.
• Purpose limitation: Data from Google APIs is used only to deliver the specific feature a user has connected — for example, sending or reading email on that user's behalf — and is not used for unrelated purposes.
• User control: A user can disconnect their Google account at any time, which removes the connection and stops further use of that account's data.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service, with service providers bound by confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law. Your business data is visible within your company's workspace according to the access your administrator configures.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account or company workspace is active, and thereafter as needed to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

7. Your Choices

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information through your account or by contacting us.
• Disconnect any connected Google account from your profile settings at any time.
• Request that your company administrator adjust your access or membership.
