Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Command Center (the “Platform”), operated from CommandCenterHQ.net, is a business operating platform that brings a company's people, pipeline, operations, and communication into a single workspace. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information. Name, email address, and role for users invited to a company workspace. Accounts are created through administrator invitation, not public self-service sign-up.
- Business data. The records your company creates while using Command Center — such as accounts, contacts, deals, team members, work notes, and operational data. This data belongs to the company workspace it was created in and is accessed according to your organization's roles and permissions.
- Usage information. Basic activity and system logs used to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Command Center workspace.
- To process invitations and enable access for authorized users.
- To deliver the features your company configures and uses.
- To communicate with administrators about their account and the Platform.
4. Google / Gmail Connections
Command Center allows individual users to optionally connect their own Google / Gmail account to enable email features within the Platform. Connecting a Google account is a choice made by that user and is associated with their individual account — it is not a company-wide or platform-wide connection.
What we access. Based on the scopes currently requested by Command Center, when a user connects Google the Platform may access:
- Your Google account email address (the
emailscope), used to identify the connected account. - The ability to send email on your behalf (
gmail.send), so you can compose and send messages from within Command Center. - The ability to read your email and replies (
gmail.readonly), so the Platform can show incoming replies and threads associated with your own outreach and work.
Why we access it. This access is used solely to provide the email-related features you request within Command Center — sending messages and reading replies connected to your work. It is associated with the individual user who connected the account.
How data is processed. Email content is processed as needed to display and operate the features you request in the Platform. Command Center does not sell your information, and does not use content received from Google APIs for any advertising purposes. Access tokens are managed through the Platform's connector infrastructure and are used to make the requests you initiate.
Google API Services User Data Policy. Command Center's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or use Google user data for the purpose of serving advertising, and we do not share Google user data with any third party except as strictly necessary to provide the features you request.
You may disconnect a Google account at any time from within Command Center, which removes the Platform's ability to access that account going forward.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers that help operate the Platform (such as hosting, authentication, and email infrastructure), under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing those services, or where required by law.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain business data for as long as your company's workspace is active, and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. Access within a workspace is governed by roles and permissions set by your company's administrators.
7. Your Choices
- Company administrators manage user access, roles, and invitations.
- Users may disconnect any connected Google account at any time.
- Contact us to request review or removal of your personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
Command Center is a business platform intended for use by authorized business users. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when material changes are made.
