1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Command Center (the “Platform”), available at CommandCenterHQ.net. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.

2. Authorized Business Use

Command Center is a business operating platform provided for authorized business use. You may use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes on behalf of a company that has been set up with access, and only as permitted by your organization's administrators.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to Command Center is provided through administrator invitation. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under their account. Company administrators control user access, roles, and permissions within their workspace.

4. Customer Responsibility for Users

The company and its administrators are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign, and ensuring that invited users are authorized to access the data they can reach. Companies are responsible for their users' compliance with these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Attempt to access data or systems beyond your authorized permissions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security or operation.
• Upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Platform without permission.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Command Center may allow users to connect third-party services, such as a Google account, to enable specific features. Use of third-party services is subject to those services' own terms and policies. Users connect third-party accounts at their discretion, and the Platform accesses only what is necessary to provide the requested features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Command Center and its licensors. Business data entered by your company belongs to your company. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Platform available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve or evolve the Platform.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Command Center disclaims warranties of any kind, and its liability for claims arising out of or related to the Platform is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not create any service-level guarantee, refund commitment, or warranty beyond what is expressly stated.

10. Termination

Company administrators may revoke user access at any time. Command Center may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, or where required to protect the Platform or its users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when material changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
