Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Command Center (the “Service”) provided by Command Center HQ. By accepting an invitation and accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Command Center is a configurable business operating system. Each company workspace is configured by that company's administrator, who controls modules, access, and workflows. The Service is provided “as is” for business use by invited members.
2. Accounts & Access
- Access is invite-only. You may not share your credentials or transfer your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Your company administrator controls your membership and access level.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Enter data you do not have the right to enter, or misuse information accessible to you.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its security.
- Connect an account or integration you are not authorized to connect.
4. Your Business Data
You retain ownership of the business data your company enters into its workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data and for having the rights to share it with us for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Integrations
Optional integrations (such as Google / Gmail) connect through your own authorized account and are governed by the provider's terms as well as these Terms. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
6. Fees & Termination
Any fees, if applicable, are agreed separately with your company. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; contact your administrator to remove your membership.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Command Center HQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonable. Continued use after changes takes effect as acceptance.
